Three, structure overview

The machine is composed of frame, power part, deceleration part, electrical part, screening part so on. The frame is welded by high-quality steel, which acts as a supporting part. The screening part has two sizes of screen holes. The upper layer is a sieve plate with a hole diameter of 40 mm 25 mm, the lower layer is a sieve plate with a hole diameter of 10 mm. You can also replace the sieve plate with a suitable hole according to your requirements.

Fourth, installation commissioning

The device can be installed on a concrete foundation on a flat ground. there must be measures to avoid rain, install as far as possible without leaking the sky.

After the equipment is installed, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, check whether all bolts are tightened whether the connecting parts are in reliable contact. Then first twist the counter wheel manually to confirm that the movement is hindered. You can carry out the power-on test run the empty machine test for more than 30 minutes. Observe that the machine has no oil leakage, no loose parts, the temperature rise of each bearing does exceed 65°C. If the above faults are found, they must be stopped immediately for maintenance. After confirming normal operation, load operation can be performed. After a trial run for more than four cycles, it can be used in normal production.

Five, matters needing attention

Operation steps:

1. Put the coke out of the drum into three equal-volume test boxes, each box is about 16-18kg.

2. Put one of the boxes on the sieve surface of the mechanical sieve, turn on the power switch, the mechanical sieve will start to work, it will stop automatically when it runs for the set time.

3. Adjust the sieve door to the position with the largest inclination angle with the swing handle, open the sieve door, unload the coke.

4. The remaining two boxes are sieved according to the above steps. After all sieving is completed, the weight of each level is weighed to calculate the mechanical strength index.

5. Weigh the weights of coke larger than 25mm, 25-10mm smaller than 10mm (standard to 0.1kg). The difference between the total the weight of the coke into the drum is the loss. When the loss is ≥0.3kg, The test is invalid. When it is less than 0.3kg, it is included in the first level of less than 10mm.

The worm gear reducer used in this machine can only be used after being filled with mechanical oil gear oil. After 15 days of initial use, drain all the oil replace it with new oil. Replace the gear oil every three months thereafter. Add calcium-based grease to each bearing of the machine every three months.

The time relay used by the machine is checked once every three months, the problem is found to be adjusted in time.
