1. Purpose
The TT-ZSQ-02 coke pre-sieve grouping mechanical sieve is mainly used for determining the composition of various grades (25-40mm, 40-60mm, 60-80mm, >80mm) and the content of coke fines in metallurgical coal coking. It can replace manual sieving, improve the accuracy of coke fines detection, and is an ideal device for eliminating human errors. 3. Structure Overview
The machine consists of a frame, power unit, reduction unit, vibration damping unit, and sieving unit. The frame is welded from various high-quality steels, mainly supporting all components. When powered on, the motor rotates and drives the flywheel with an eccentric mechanism through a V-belt. Due to the eccentric mechanism, the screen body operates at the designed amplitude and excitation force, and materials complete the grouping and sieving process under vibration. According to work requirements, the machine can work continuously without interruption.
To stabilize the machine, improve excitation force, reduce damage caused by excitation force, and control noise, the machine is designed with a vibration damping mechanism.
The sieving unit is designed with four layers and five-stage screen plates, all with square holes. The screen body is welded from high-quality steel plates.
4. Installation and Test Run
The equipment can be installed on a concrete foundation or on a flat ground. Measures should be taken to prevent machine displacement caused by vibration during operation. It should also have rainproof facilities and be installed indoors if possible. Indoor installation should consider ease of maintenance.
After installation, if the equipment is installed on a concrete foundation, the concrete must be fully cured before the test run. Before the test run, recheck all bolts for tightness, ensure all connections have no movement obstructions, then power on for the test run. Run empty for at least 30 minutes, observe no impact, no abnormal noise, no loose parts, bearing temperature rise below 65°C. If any fault is found, stop immediately for inspection. After confirming normal operation, perform a loaded run. After three cycles of trial operation, normal production can begin.
5. Precautions
Operating sequence:
When using, start the mechanical sieve first. When the normal amplitude is reached, add the sample to the rear end of the top layer. The machine can feed materials continuously and work continuously.
Materials from each layer are collected from their respective outlets. If screen holes are clogged with coke affecting sieving efficiency, they can be cleaned from the side doors of the screen body.
After sieving, stop feeding first, then stop the machine. Then weigh the materials by grade.
This machine is a strong vibration machine. Each shift should check whether all connection parts are loose, whether the vibration damping springs are broken, and whether the screen plates are loose. If any abnormality is found, eliminate it immediately.
The electrical part should have a reliable grounding device.
Measure screen mesh size once a month. Replace immediately if it exceeds the specified limit.
