TT-GF01 Type High Temperature Reactivity
1. Product Introduction
Coke high-temperature continuous weighing reactivity furnace is a set of equipment that simulates the carbon solution reaction of coke in the blast furnace cohesive zone. This equipment can more realistically reflect the deterioration law of coke in the blast furnace, and its experimental results can be used as a reference and research for coke quality indicators before entering the blast furnace.
2. Technical Features
1. The reactor uses a corundum reactor (operating temperature ≤1450℃).
2. Reactor continuous weighing electronic scale, range 1000g, sensitivity 0.1g.
3. The control system uses Siemens PLC from Germany, stable for long-term operation, easy to maintain and upgrade.
4. The gas uses mass flow controllers, manual and other measurement methods.
5. The high-temperature furnace uses silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements, can be used up to ≤1600℃, long-term operating temperature 1550℃, temperature control range is better than the national standardcoke reactivitydetermination method temperature, which is closer to the actual situation inside the blast furnace.
6. The furnace body is driven by a motor and can lift automatically, and the furnace body runs smoothly.
7. The computer displays the time-temperature curve of coke at different temperatures, and stores data, which can be printed. The computer displays the coke weight loss situation (reactivity curve) in real time, including coke weight loss curve and coke weight loss rate curve.
8. The exhaust gas is discharged after combustion, and is equipped with an exhaust hood, safe and environmentally friendly.
