TT-JZC-18 Type Semi-automatic Plastic Layer
1.Product Introduction:
TT-JZC-18 type microcomputer plastic index tester is a special instrument for measuring the plastic layer index of bituminous coal (maximum thickness of plastic layer Y, final contraction X and volume curve).
This instrument is fully controlled by computer network, with a microcomputer control board and a high-precision temperature controller with intelligent PID control to control the heating curve of the equipment. This instrument fully meets the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T479-2000, and the software operating environment is Windows 10 system.
2. Technical Features:
1. Two-way communication between computer and controller enables comprehensive monitoring of the control equipment.
2. Automatically controls and displays the heating temperature of single or double furnaces.
3. Automatically measures and displays the contraction of coal samples from single or double furnaces.
4. Automatically displays the power consumption of each furnace.
5. Automatically plots the volume curve of single or double furnaces.
6. Automatically plots the curve of furnace temperature change over time.
7. Automatically fills in the front and rear furnace temperatures.
8. Alarms at the inflection point of the volume curve, and can be modified in the settings page.
9. Manually detect the data of the plastic surface, input it into the computer via keyboard and save. A reminder is given every 5 minutes, and the reminder interval can be modified in the settings page.
10. Automatically plots the upper and lower plastic surface curves and calculates the maximum thickness of the plastic surface.
11. Automatically calculates test results, and prints out test records and reports. Stores previous test data for query and printing.
