TT-JZC-28 Fully Automatic Colloidal Layer Determinator
I.Product Introduction:
The TT-JZC-28 microcomputer colloidal index determinator is a special instrument for measuring the colloidal layer index (maximum thickness Y, final contraction X, and volume curve) of bituminous coal. This instrument is fully controlled by computer network, with a microcomputer control board and a high-precision temperature controller containing intelligent PID control to control the heating curve of the equipment. This instrument fully complies with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T479-2000, and the software runs on Windows 10 system.
II. Technical Features:
1. Complies with the requirements of the national standard GB/T479 "Determination of Colloidal Layer Index of Bituminous Coal".
2. This instrument has fast measurement speed, high precision, and a wide measurement range. It can measure high-speed Z-type coal and super-fat coal.
3. Automatically analyzes the "displacement X value" curve, and measures the upper and lower layers of the colloidal layer according to the curve trend.
4. The electric heating furnace temperature controller adopts Yudian Technology AI intelligent temperature closed-loop control technology.
5. The manipulator is fully automatically controlled, with automatic measurement, automatic calculation, and automatic report generation.
6. The measurement results are close to manual measurement results.
7. The software runs on Windows system.
III. Technical Parameters:

★2. Measurable Y value >45 super-fat coal, colloidal body Y value measurement range: 5~70mm, accuracy 0.1mm.
★3. The probe completes the measurement within 20 seconds, used for measuring Z-type coal (the probe completes from the starting position to the bottom of the coal cup within 20 seconds).
★4. Full automation. The computer draws the volume curve, the intelligent manipulator measures the thickness of the colloidal layer, automatically draws the upper and lower layer curves and calculates the results, which can greatly reduce labor intensity and the influence of human factors.
★5. Safe and reliable. The strong current parts such as silicon carbide rods and their clamps are isolated and protected, the circuit control weak current and strong current devices are isolated and installed, and the entire test process is automatically monitored to improve the safety of chemical analysts and instruments.
★6. Repeatability limit: when y value ≤20mm, error not greater than 1mm; when y value ≥20mm, error not greater than 2mm; x value error not greater than 3mm.
★7. Measurement time: 160~190min, and the test can be set to end early.
★8. Temperature control requirements: 8°C/min before 250°C, and the temperature should rise to 250°C within 30 minutes; after 250°C, 3°C/min, and constant temperature after 730°C. During 350°C to 600°C, the actual temperature should not differ from the required temperature by more than 5°C, and for other times not more than 10°C.
