I. Product Introduction:

TT-JZC-78 Automatic Colloid Layer Tester is a special instrument for determining the colloid layer index of bituminous coal (maximum thickness Y of colloid layer, final shrinkage X and volume curve). It meets all technical requirements and indicators of GB/T479-2016. The control system is controlled by an industrial computer, using high-speed data acquisition modules to collect data with high control accuracy. The thickness of the colloid layer is automatically detected by a mechanical hand, with good stability, accurate recording and calculation, eliminating errors caused by easy-breaking lines, uneven line thickness when manually drawing, and errors caused by manually drawing the colloid layer curve.

2. Fast measurement speed, high precision, wide measurement range. The fastest measurement speed among similar products, the largest actual measurement range. Can measure high-speed zigzag coal and super-fat coal.

3. Automatically analyze the "displacement X value" curve, measure the upper and lower layers of the colloid layer according to the curve trend.

4. The electric heating furnace temperature controller adopts Yudian Technology AI intelligent temperature closed-loop control technology.

6. Measurement results are close to manual measurement results.

III. Technical Parameters:

★1. Probe diameter: Φ1mm (national standard)

★2. Can measure Y value greater than 45 super-fat coal, colloid Y value measurement range: 5~70mm, accuracy 0.1mm.

★3. The probe completes the measurement within 20 seconds, used for measuring Z-shaped coal (the probe completes from the starting position to the bottom of the coal cup within 20 seconds).

★4. Fully automated. The computer draws the volume curve, the intelligent manipulator measures the thickness of the colloid layer, automatically draws the upper and lower layer curves and calculates the results, which can greatly reduce labor intensity and human factors.

★5. Automatic smoke exhaust. No need to place in a fume hood for testing, good automatic smoke exhaust effect, reduces laboratory configuration requirements, saves costs.

★6. One-key automatic alignment, camera + AI image recognition technology + fully automatic manipulator, realizes automatic alignment of Φ1mm probe with Φ3mm paper tube of coal cup, then automatically measures the height of the coal cup.

★7. Automatic weight pickup and hanging. Automatically controls hanging and removing weights, reducing labor intensity and operation steps.

★8. No need to pick up and hang the volume sensor. Avoids test failure caused by forgetting to pick up and hang the volume sensor, improving test stability.

10. Safe and reliable. High-voltage parts such as silicon carbide rods and clamps are isolated and protected. The circuit control weak current and high-voltage devices are installed separately, and the entire test process is automatically monitored, improving the safety of laboratory maintenance personnel and instruments.

11. Repeatability limit: error for y value ≤20mm is not greater than 1mm; error for Y value >20mm is not greater than 2mm; error for X value is not greater than 3mm.

12. Measurement time: 160~190min, and can set early termination of the test.

13. Temperature control requirements: 8℃/min before 250℃, and must reach 250℃ within 30 minutes; 3℃/min after 250℃, constant temperature after 730℃. During 350℃～600℃, the difference between actual temperature and required temperature shall not exceed 5℃, and not exceed 10℃ at other times.
