1. Product Introduction:
This instrument is a dedicated accessory for the plastometer index tester. It adopts domesticPLCcontrol and acquisition, mainly used for automatically cleaning the coke residue adsorbed inside the coal cup after the test, meeting the national standardGB/T479-2000 requirements, and does not require manual operation, making cleaning convenient. The cleaning of the coal cup is achieved by a motor driving a grinding wheel to perform centrifugal rotation closely against the inner wall of the coal cup, while the coal cup is fixed on a bracket. A geared motor drivesbrush head, thereby moving the coal cup back and forth to remove the coke residue inside. At the same time, a vacuum cleaner is connected at the bottom of the coal cup to promptly suck away the coke residue and dust, ensuring the cleanliness of the machine interior and the environment.It achieves intelligent operation: automatic coke removal, automatic dust removal. This instrument has fast cleaning speed, high precision, and a large cleaning range.
