The TT-ZY new type coke sample preparation machine independently developed by our company, while retaining the technical advantages of the original equipment, adopts more innovative design processes in structure, material and control system, making its automation level, ball yield, and pass rate higher than the previous generation. Coke ball making is a tedious task. In order to reduce labor intensity, optimize the ball making process, and improve ball making data and effects, our company has designed and produced a coke ball making system according to the requirements of the sampling method specified in GB/T1997 in GB/T4000-2017 "Test Method for Coke Reactivity and Post-reaction Strength". This system is a mechanized ball making system, which can eliminate human factors in the sample preparation process, increase the representativeness of sampling and sample preparation, unify sample shapes, and truly reflect the coke thermal property values. This ball making system has high ball yield, reduces labor intensity, and improves the sanitary environment during sample preparation. The surface area, size, and shape of the samples are basically uniform, meeting the repeatability and reproducibility of the test, and meeting the requirements of ironmaking for the thermal properties of the coke skeleton. The automatic coke sample preparation machine integrates crushing, grinding, chamfering, and screening into one, occupies little space, simple operation, easy maintenance, higher automation degree, and more stable test data.
1. Description of features:
1. Ball making speed is fast, 5-10 minutes/sample. While similar products take 45 minutes to 2 hours/sample or more.
2. Low material consumption, high ball yield. Only 5kg of coke is needed to produce more than 400g of spherical coke samples per batch. While similar products require more than 10kg of material per batch, but only yield about 300g.
3. The shaping screen can be automatically ejected after use, making it easy to clean, no ball jamming, no material mixing. While similar products have ball jamming, material mixing, and are difficult to clean, affecting data.
4. Uses "PLC microcomputer optimization program + frequency converter" to control and adjust spindle speed, suitable for coke with CSR strength as low as 30% and as high as 70% or more. It can also normally ball for small quantities and low strength coke from 40kg small coke ovens. While similar products use "no PLC, non-variable" crushing, which causes excessive pulverization, leaving only the high-strength part of the coke, leading to "artificially high" data. It cannot make balls for 40kg small coke oven coke.
5. Maximally simulates the manual hammering process, without blocking pores. While similar products' ball grinding process easily blocks coke pores, causing CSR to increase by 5-7%.
6. The equipment integrates crushing, grinding, chamfering, and screening into one, with a built-in dust removal device, reducing equipment volume and footprint; one-key start after feeding, alarm upon completion, reducing labor intensity. Fully enclosed design, touch screen one-key operation. Low power, total equipment power around 5KW. Regular wear parts such as hammer head and shaping screen can be replaced individually.
