Coke Sample Preparation System (with Grinding Balls)

The coke sample preparation system independently developed by our company, while retaining the technical advantages of the original equipment, adopts more innovative design processes in structure, materials, and control system, making its automation degree, ball output rate, and pass rate higher than the previous generation products.

Coke ball making is a tedious task. To reduce labor intensity, optimize the ball making procedure, and improve ball making efficiency, our company, according to GB/T4000-2017《Coke reactivityand the test method for strength after reaction》, in accordance with the sampling method specified in GB/T1997, designed and produced the coke sample preparation system. This system is a mechanized ball making system, which can eliminate human factors in the sample preparation process, increase the representativeness of sampling, unify the shape of specimens, and truly reflect the thermal performance values of coke. This sample preparation system has a high ball yield rate, reduces labor intensity, and improves the sanitary environment during sample preparation. The surface area, size, and shape of the specimens are basically uniform, meeting the repeatability and reproducibility of the test.

The coke sample preparation system consists of four modules: the coke reactivity sample preparation machine (TT-JZYHSA-01), the coke reactivity sample shaping machine (TT-JMXNSA-01), the purification dust collector (TT-AECCNSA-02), and the control console. It features high ball output efficiency, high ball yield rate, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and more stable test data.

 1. Coke reactivity sample preparation machine (TT-JZYHSA-01):
