TT- CC- WDL Type Fully Automatic Passive Dust Removal Device
I. Technical Introduction
Designed based on the actual dust generation conditions of material transportation in thermal power plants, mines, metallurgy, and ports. This product adopts a primary and secondary negative pressure dust removal device that conforms to the basic laws of physics. It features innovative design, reasonable structure, high technical content, significant dust removal effect, no secondary pollution, no need for electromechanical power, and no frequent maintenance. It is an upgrade of the original power cyclone device. To control material humidity and dust generation, a dust reduction and humidification automatic control system is adopted. When materials are dry and generate a large amount of dust (generally when the external moisture content of the material is below 9%), the control instrument outputs an execution signal to implement humidification. When the external moisture content of the material is not prone to dust generation (generally when the external moisture content is above 10%), the control system automatically cuts off the power and ends the humidification work.
II. Working Principle
Mainly adopts the concept of primary and secondary negative pressure dust removal devices. Under negative pressure, it achieves alternating cycles of negative and positive pressure. During the transfer process of belt conveying, the impact dust generated is fully released in the multi-functional dust removal device, and can accelerate circulation and impact, thereby making full use of gas pressure to achieve dust removal purposes. To ensure the good functional characteristics of the multi-functional dust removal device, sealing and adsorption facilities are installed at all contact points with the moving belt, achieving the effect of eliminating dust spillage and meeting the dust removal standards.
