TT- CC- PD type belt conveyor fully automatic dust removal device
I. Technical Introduction
Designed based on the actual situation of dust generated by material conveying in thermal power plants, mines, metallurgy, and ports. This product uses a first-stage and second-stage negative pressure dust removal device, conforming to basic physical laws. It features novel design, reasonable structure, high technical content, significant dust removal effect, no secondary pollution, no electromechanical power required, and no frequent maintenance. It is an upgrade over the original dynamic rotary device. To control material humidity and dust generation, an automatic dust suppression and humidification control system is adopted. When the material is dry and generates a large amount of dust (generally when the external moisture content of the material is below 9%), the controller outputs an execution signal to perform humidification. When the external moisture content of the material is not prone to generating dust (generally when the external moisture content is above 10%), the control system automatically cuts off the power and ends the humidification operation.
II. Working Principle
Mainly adopts the concept of first-stage and second-stage negative pressure dust removal. Under negative pressure conditions, negative and positive pressure alternate in cycles. During the transfer process of the belt conveyor, the impact dust generated is fully released in the multifunctional dust removal device, and can accelerate circulation and impact, thereby fully utilizing gas pressure to achieve dust removal. To ensure the good functional characteristics of the multifunctional dust removal device, sealing and adsorption facilities are installed at all contact points with the moving belt, achieving the effect of eliminating dust spillage and meeting the dust removal standard.
