
TT-YLD1-40KG type 40kg simulated pressurized coke oven (load test coke oven)
I. Equipment Purpose
Analyze the coke yield, chemical product yield, and gas yield of blended coal or single coal, and quantitatively simulate the mechanical strength indicators (M40, M25, M10) and thermal strength indicators (CRI, CSR) of coke.
Experimental research on conventional and stamp charging cokemaking. Provide experimental research data for rational utilization of coal resources and improvement of coke product quality, used to guide and improve production. It can also explore suitable coal blending conditions based on the cold strength and thermal strength indicators of the produced coke, infer the economic feasibility and possibility for production, and provide information for rational utilization of coal resources.
II. Technical Features
This system is a test coke oven between the 200kg pilot-scale test coke oven and the 7kg and 20kg laboratory small coke ovens. The TT-YLD1-40KG test coke oven retains the advantages of the 200kg coke oven while overcoming its disadvantages such as large coal sample quantity, long coking cycle, and high labor intensity. It is an upgraded product of the 200kg coke oven. It also overcomes the shortcomings of the 7kg and 20kg laboratory coke ovens, such as narrow furnace width and small coke sample quantity. With a single coal charging capacity of ≥40kg, it uses a 1/3 Micum drum to achieve coke evaluation similar to industrial coke oven evaluation (this is difficult for 7kg and 20kg ovens). The unique structural design and three-phase balanced load using a computer and PLC to achieve precise independent temperature control of the furnace wall ensure a good correlation between coking results and industrial coke ovens. The coke strength indicators have good intuitiveness, allowing measurement of M40 (or M25) and M10, as well as reactivity CRI and coke strength after reaction (CSR). The test results have good reproducibility.

Tamping density: When the coal cake tamping density reaches the set value, the tamping limit is cut off, and the tamping program automatically stops;
Tamping control: When the coal cake density reaches the set value, tamping stops, and the hammer returns to the upper limit.
Coke Discharge Mechanism
Tamping machine base: Ensures stable placement of the coal carbonization container during coal cake tamping;
