Solemn statement:
The MSS-2000 system is our first-generation product developed in 2010 (Liaoning Tuotai was not established at that time), and was phased out in early 2017 due to some technical bottlenecks. It has long been replaced by the second-generation PETRO 200AI product. This MSS-2000 system was licensed to Anshan Kexiang Instrument Co., Ltd. for OEM sales from 2011 to August 2016 (as evidenced by a signed contract between both parties). Later, due to repeated violations of the contract by Anshan Kexiang, and starting from September 2016, they openly stole our legitimate intellectual property and illegally sold the system, leading to the breakdown of the cooperation.
After the contract was legally terminated, Anshan Kexiang did not stop the piracy. They stole our already-obsolete MSS-2000 system and rebranded it as: MCA SmartScope 9000 series fully automatic intelligent typecoal-coke petrography analysissystem (abbreviated as MSS-9000 system), claiming it was upgraded. In fact, it is the same old stuff, and they are incapable of modifying anything. They have no source code and do not understand the principles, so they cannot change anything. They only cracked the software authorization code to make it barely usable. At the same time, due to missing some programs, they cannot perform factory calibration. Therefore, the accuracy of the test results is even lower than the original old MSS-2000 system. Please keep your eyes open and be careful not to be deceived. Otherwise, you won't get accurate results, and hundreds of thousands of yuan will go down the drain. Anshan Kexiang has already cheated too many people. Such unscrupulous companies will surely be severely punished by the law.

Introduction:
Coal petrography analysis is currently recognized as the most effective means for identifying "blended coals." It complements conventional process indicators (Vdaf, G, Y, b, etc.), and none are dispensable; combined use can more accurately and effectively evaluate coal quality, solving many technical problems in coking production. However, for a long time, the accuracy of automated coal petrography has been poor, and manual testing is inefficient (1-2 samples/day), unable to meet the needs of rapid testing of large batches of samples in daily production, limiting the role of coal petrography analysis in production.
The MCA SmartScope 2000 series fully automatic intelligent coal petrography analysis system (abbreviated as MSS-2000 system) is a new generation truly automatic, rapid coal petrography analysis system specifically developed for the actual situation where coking production requires daily testing of large batches of raw coal samples (while retaining manual semi-automatic functions and coke testing capabilities). The complete set of equipment consists of a Leica polarizing microscope, an automatic sample stage, a Canadian Point Grey 16-bit high-precision CCD detector, and an automated analysis workstation that meets national standards. A single device can process 20-60+ samples per day (8 hours), and the automatic results and manual results according to national standards are all within the error limits specified by the national standard. It is very suitable for rapid testing of large batches of samples in coking production. The overall technical conditions comply with the requirements of "GB/T6948-2008 Method for determining the reflectance of vitrinite in coal" and "MT/T1053-2008 Technical conditions for microscopes and photometers used in determining the reflectance of vitrinite."

Technical features:
● Combination of fully automatic analysis and rapid sample preparation technology ensures that a single device can process 20-60+ samples per day (8 hours); single coal 8 min, blended coal 20 min;
● True blended coal analysis system. Regardless of whether the incoming coal contains lignite, long-flame coal, gas coal, 1/3 coking coal, fat coal, coking coal, lean coking coal, lean coal, meager coal, or anthracite, a single calibration can automatically detect all corresponding reflectances. It is currently the only instrument that can automatically detect the presence of non-coking coal types such as lignite and anthracite in incoming coal, which have a significant impact on coke quality.
● A single scan can simultaneously provide two results: the vitrinite reflectance and the vitrinite content (roughly equivalent to the active component content in coal blending). The accuracy of the vitrinite reflectance result is very high! The accuracy of the vitrinite content result is above 90%; it can be used to evaluate raw coal quality changes;

● Uses imported high-precision low-voltage coupled (CCD) light intensity detector:
The imported charge-coupled device (CCD) has technical features such as low operating voltage (15V), high precision (16-bit), ultra-stability (ready for detection immediately after power-on, no warm-up required), and can perform both area analysis and high-precision measurement. It is very suitable for fully automatic, rapid, and accurate detection;
● Advanced automatic coal petrography measurement and control technology:
Using SMARTLIGHT multi-feature intelligent recognition technology, it can accurately identify vitrinite in coal, and then precisely measure its effective reflectance value. At the same time, combined with regional, intermittent, dot-matrix scanning technology, it solves key technical problems that existed in previous automatic vitrinite reflectance measurement processes, such as the inability to accurately distinguish vitrinite, difficulty in maintaining real-time focus during scanning, and interference from various stray lights.
It can truly achieve automatic, rapid, and accurate identification of coal type and vitrinite content; it also provides the mixed coal types and approximate proportions. It is a product for comprehensive evaluation of coal quality, meeting the needs of large-batch incoming coal and production blend coal testing;
● Two detection methods for vitrinite reflectance: manual and automatic:
The manual (semi-automatic) detection method complies with the national standard. In this method, the measuring diaphragm can be "soft-centered" for easier inspection and adjustment; equipped with an automatic/manual integrated scanning stage, the sample can be moved automatically under computer control, making it 3-5 times more efficient than similar purely manual products, and easier to calibrate the instrument. Therefore, even when using the manual measurement method, it is comprehensively superior to similar products;
● Measurable microscopic analysis items for coal and coke:
Including: coal vitrinite random reflectance, coal maximum reflectance, quantitative analysis of coal macerals, quantitative analysis of coke optical texture, and coke pore structure parameters. Among them, automatic rapid detection of vitrinite random reflectance and content, and automatic measurement of coke porosity are patented technologies;
