TT-WQ-01 Test Coke Oven Tail Gas Environmental Purification Device
1. Product Introduction
The test coke oven tail gas environmental purification device is specially designed by our company for the tail gas emitted from coke ovens. The tail gas discharged from the coke oven is fully combusted in the environmental purification device, using an in-chamber high-efficiency combustion method with air distribution ratio. There is no flame leakage, and it can safely and effectively remove more than 95% of harmful emissions. It solves problems such as flame exposure and unsafe operation in similar products, lack of air distribution system leading to low combustion efficiency, obvious tail gas blackness, and failure to meet environmental emission standards.
2. Technical Features
1. Our company's self-developed "Combustion Purification Dedicated Control System". It has the following functions:
(1) It can manually or automatically control various functions of the device via a 7.0-inch touch screen;
(2) It can customize the work flow according to different coal types being tested;
(3) It can customize and adjust the tail gas combustion air supply volume;
(4) The water spray chamber can be customized to set the air supply volume and can automatically switch;
(5) Auto ignition function and automatic water filling function of the water tank;
2. It adopts two methods: tail gas "combustion air supply" and "water spray induced draft" to precisely control the intensity and shape of the tail gas combustion flame. There is no flame leakage, and it can safely and effectively remove more than 95% of harmful emissions. It solves problems such as flame exposure and unsafe operation in similar products, lack of air distribution system, low combustion efficiency, obvious tail gas blackness, and failure to meet environmental emission standards;
3. It adopts water film impact nozzles for dense spraying, with large contact area. After secondary purification combustion, it can achieve the effect of reducing emission temperature and smokelessness;
4. The purification water tank can automatically fill water according to the water level;
5. The combustion chamber and the tail gas exhaust port have a "high drop", combined with a unique water seal valve design. It ensures that in the event of accidental power failure, the device can use "natural draft" to smoothly discharge the flue gas outdoors;
6. The enlarged designed combustion chamber, with densely packed fins integrally welded, greatly reduces the operating temperature of the device;
7. The tail gas induced draft fan adopts a high-temperature fan with low noise and large air volume, improving the stability of device operation;
8. No excessive consumables and maintenance required, saving costs.
3. Disadvantages of Other Similar Purification Equipment
1. Products using condensation purification (chemical recovery device): The tubular condenser is very prone to clogging, making disassembly and cleaning difficult. The tail gas emission has a relatively strong odor. (Requires frequent replacement of activated carbon and absorbent cotton.)
2. Products using water-cooling purification method: Tar condenses in the water, requiring replacement of purification water each time. The water is difficult to treat, and when the tar concentration is too high, the purification capacity decreases.
3. Products using simple direct combustion purification method: No air distribution system, after flue gas combustion, the tail gas blackness is obvious. Flame leakage, high temperature. After power failure, the device cannot continue to operate, and backflow of flue gas into the room may occur.
