2. Scope of Application
Applicable to the determination of calorific value of coal, coke, petroleum, food, cement raw meal, biomass fuels, and other solid or liquid combustible materials in industries such as electric power, coal, environmental protection, energy conservation, petrochemical, metallurgy, cement, papermaking, food, geological exploration, scientific research institutions, and universities.
3. Technical Features
1.Fast speed: Unique triple-thread and corrosion-resistant oxygen bomb (can burn biomass), short test time. Conventional method: ≤16 min; Rapid method: ≤10 min.
2.Convenient and labor-saving: High degree of automation, more convenient operation. It can automatically and precisely control the water volume in the inner cylinder; automatically adjust and track system temperature; less manual operation, reducing human error and labor intensity, improving work efficiency.
3.More accurate:
(1) Using a quantitative water cup to ensure precise and stable water volume in the inner cylinder, guaranteeing consistency of each measurement result.
(2) Built-in automatic refrigeration cycle control device. Different temperature control methods for inner and outer cylinders can be selected as needed, making data more accurate.
(3) Built-in filtration system to prevent system blockage, good stability of detection data.
(4) The heat capacity of the instrument is stable for a long time, with heat capacity variation ≤0.2%.
