II. Application Fields
Suitable for automatic analysis of moisture, ash, volatile matter, and fixed carbon in coal, coke, and other substances. It can also be applied to moisture, ash, volatile matter analysis of solid fuel or waste, loss on ignition analysis of incineration slag, process thermogravimetric analysis of organic matter and sludge drying, and carbon content analysis of fly ash and slag, etc.
III. Technical Features
1. Fast speed:It can test 20 samples per batch, taking about 100 minutes, and simultaneously measure moisture, ash, and volatile matter.
2. Effort-saving:After loading samples, it performs automatic testing without the need to change crucibles or open covers. Both main units can work simultaneously or independently.
3. More accurate:
（1）Imported special heat-trap type heating furnace chamber provides more uniform and stable temperature distribution, solving the technical problem of uneven and unstable furnace temperature caused by frequent door opening in continuous operation.
（2）Using empty crucibles for dynamic calibration under the same thermal condition, eliminating the need to repeatedly open the furnace door to take out crucibles for weighing, completely solving the problem of poor weighing accuracy due to temperature differences during continuous testing.
4. Imported long-life components:Ceramic turntable, ceramic shaft, ceramic sample feeder, ceramic weighing rod, direct guide rails, electronic balance, heating furnace chamber, etc. Long-term operation, stable and reliable.
