I. Product Technical Description

2. Working Power: Each unit working power ≤300W; 6 units working simultaneously, power ≤1800W.
3. Temperature Control Section Technical Parameters
(1) Heating Power Element:Adopts specially customized external insulation heating ring with built-in K thermocouple; heating ring power 500W, actual working power ≤300W, which extends heating ring lifespan.
(2) Temperature Control Element:Adopts high-precision temperature control instrument with thyristor for high-accuracy temperature control. The temperature is controlled according to the special process temperature curve for petrographic optical slices, ensuring no change in coal sample properties.
4. Power Section Technical Parameters
(1) Power Source:Adopts high-power electric push rod design.
(2) Power Source Protection Design:To address electric push rod jamming, misoperation causing jamming and burning, a push rod burnout prevention module is designed. When the push rod current exceeds the set current, it automatically cuts off power.
II. Product Features
1. Independent Subunits, Master Controller Design
The equipment adopts a completely independent subunit design, i.e., the power, control, and output parts of each subunit are completely independent. Failure of any one subunit will not affect the use of others.
The master controller also adopts a completely independent design. Even if the master controller fails, the subunits can still be used.
Operation can be uniformly controlled by the master controller, or independently controlled by each subunit.
2. 10.1-inch Capacitive Touch Screen Display
10.1-inch capacitive touch screen can display the temperature and temperature curves of each unit. Parameters such as heating temperature and heating time can also be modified via the screen.
3. Modular Design
The equipment adopts modular design. The master controller connects to each subunit via quick-connect plugs. The equipment can be installed as a connected structure, i.e., 6 units placed side by side on the equipment tray, or according to customer requirements, the 6 units can be distributed at different workstations, i.e., one sample preparation workstation with one subunit. All can work independently without affecting each other.
