I. Product Introduction:
The TT-LD01 Gieseler fluidity tester is a coal and coke testing equipment independently developed by our company. After multiple technical upgrades, this product has superior performance, good stability, and high automation. It outperforms imported equipment in some process designs and technical indicators. This product meets all technical requirements and indicators of GB/T 25213-2010 'Method for Determination of Coal Plasticity by Constant Torque Gieseler Plastometer'.

1. Coking coal can simultaneously characterize the quality and quantity of plastic mass produced during coking coal carbonization.

The control system uses a touch screen industrial control computer for operation, equipped with automatic control software and hardware; the operation software adopts administrator password login mode, can automatically record plasticity curves, calculate plasticity ranges; during the test, it automatically records initial softening temperature, maximum fluidity temperature, solidification temperature, and maximum fluidity value, and archives them in spreadsheet format, allowing historical test records to be viewed at any time.
