1. Product Introduction:
TT-LD02 Double Furnace Constant Torque Gieseler Plastometer is a coal coke testing equipment independently developed by our company. After several technical upgrades, this product has superior performance, good stability, and high degree of automation. In terms of some process designs and technical indicators, it outperforms imported equipment. It meets the technical requirements and indicators of GB/T 25213-2010 "Determination of Plasticity of Coal - Constant Torque Gieseler Plastometer Method".

1. Computer control, electric heating furnace with one-machine dual-control function, alternating experiments between two furnaces to reduce cooling time and improve experimental efficiency.
2. The intelligent detection head can complete all experimental actions.
3. The furnace inner liner is made of 2520 heat-resistant alloy steel, with super long thermal lifespan.
4. Over-temperature protection, self-diagnosis of heating element damage.
5. Automatic data history recording.
6. Heating rate 1-10℃/min adjustable.
