TTJL-100 model 100kg electrically heated test coke oven (bottom charging)
I. Equipment Purpose
Experimental study of conventional and stamp charging coking to determine the more cost-effective coal blending ratio scheme.
II. Process Requirements
1. To accurately control the coal blending ratio and coal fineness and provide stable conditions for coking, adopt the process of crushing first then blending.
2. The 100kg test coke oven project includes: 100kg electrically heated test coke oven, conventional coal blending coking, stamp charging coal blending coking, coke quenching, and supporting coke detection equipment and auxiliary facilities.
3. Process experiments can conduct conventional coal blending and stamp charging coal blending coking experimental research, and also explore suitable coal blending conditions based on the cold strength index and hot strength index of the produced coke, infer the economy and possibility for production, guide production, and provide data for rational utilization of coal resources.
4. The furnace lining adopts silicon carbide lining, with good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, small expansion coefficient, no spalling or cracking in cold or hot conditions, and long service life. Specific indicators of furnace lining bricks: refractoriness ≥ 1770°C, initial temperature of load softening under 0.2Mpa ≥ 1620°C, bulk density 2.50-2.80 g/cm³, apparent porosity ≤ 21%, reheat linear change (1350°C*2h) ≤ +0.2%, cold crushing strength ≥ 85Mpa, thermal shock stability (1100°C water cooling) ≥ 50 times, bending strength (1100°C*2h) ≥ 20 Mpa, SiC ≥ 86%, Fe2O3 ≤ 1.2%.
5. The coking process is electric heating on both sides, bottom coal charging and coke discharging, with high automation and easy operation.
6. Computer controls the temperature of furnace walls on both sides. The error between the two sides during constant temperature is less than 5°C. Records the temperature of the coke cake center and the oven top space, with data storage and printing functions.
7. The computer operating system is Win10. The computer starts the control system and modifies system parameters, dynamically displaying system operation status and temperature curves.
8. Temperature control adopts artificial intelligence adaptive adjustment algorithm, with no overshoot or undershoot in heating and constant temperature control.
9. Users can arbitrarily set the heating curve. The program is compiled by temperature-time method, making programming convenient and flexible.
10. Has sensor (thermocouple) disconnection, reverse connection indication and over-temperature alarm functions.
