I. Functions:
This machine is a special optical slice surface processor for coal rock, with a dual-disk desktop structure. Independently developed by Liaoning Tuotai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., it has exclusive patented technology. Using a Japanese imported PLC control system and parameters optimized through extensive experiments, it can prepare 6 qualified samples in about 2 minutes. During the grinding and polishing process, it can automatically spray water and polishing agent at fixed time and quantity, automatically switch between large and small flows, and precisely control to minimize the consumption of consumables such as polishing agent. When used with Liaoning Tuotai's patented optical slice blowing machine, it ensures that the prepared coal rock optical slices have no stains, no scratches, and are parallel on both sides, achieving an almost level effect. Even inexperienced personnel can easily operate and meet the polishing requirements for fully automatic detection of optical slice surfaces.
